NTCMT Proposal Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Include:
- Align with NTCMT funding criteria.
- Application must originate from either a company, non-profit, municipality, or public agency.
- The project must be related to mobility technology and systems.
- The project must be supported by contributions from the applicant and university partners.
- The project must advance a regional goal of improved access to jobs across the region, and/or environmental protection/resiliency, and/or economic development, and/or equity, and/or technology innovation leadership.
- If submitted during a Call for Projects (CFP), align with at least one topic in the CFP.
- Have the potential for significant progress in the development of mobility technology and systems.
- Have the involvement, capacity, and capability of the applicant and the NTCMT participating universities (if any) to successfully complete the project.
- Have the ability of a participating university to serve as the Lead University.
- Have the ability of NTCMT to support the Proposal with available funding.
- Have the capability to start and complete the project within the anticipated time frame.
- Priority 3: The applicant has considered the technical, resource, and policy challenges, has a reasonable prospect for success and will have a defined ultimate impact and benefit.
- Priority 2: The applicant has considered the technical, resource, and policy challenges, has a reasonable prospect for success and will have a moderate ultimate impact and benefit.
- Priority 1: The applicant has considered the technical, resource, and policy challenges, has a reasonable prospect for success and will have a significant ultimate impact and benefit.
